Questions dog parents ask
How does a Freezbone work?
Fill it with something soft, freeze it for 2–3 hours, hand it over. Your dog licks and chews to get the food out, which keeps them busy and calm. Rinse and refill as often as you like.
How long does one fill keep my dog busy?
Most dogs work on a frozen fill for 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Colder, fuller fills last longer. Wet food and yogurt last longer than broth alone.
What can I put in it?
Anything soft or pourable that's safe for dogs: wet food, plain yogurt, mashed banana, pumpkin, bone broth, xylitol-free peanut butter, or our treat refills. No grapes, onions, chocolate or anything with xylitol.
Is it safe for heavy chewers, and can I leave my dog alone with it?
It's made from tough natural rubber with no shards or splinters. But no toy is indestructible. Stay nearby, check it before each use, and take it away if it cracks or pieces go missing.
What is it made of?
Natural rubber, free of BPA and phthalates. It's the same material class as other leading tough chew toys, and it's safe in the freezer and the dishwasher.
How do I clean it?
Rinse under warm water or put it in the top rack of the dishwasher. It's ready to refill right away.
Is it good for puppies and senior dogs?
Yes. Let the frozen fill soften for a few minutes first if your dog is a puppy, a senior, or has sensitive teeth. Start with a softer filling like yogurt.
What if something isn't right?

My 6mo old loves all of here freeze bones and we love that despite her best efforts, she has not destroyed any of them. Great quality!
Layla loves this ! She spends a good 30 minutes with it in the afternoons when she doesn’t get her second walk of the day .
Bought to keep my dog occupied during recovery after TPLO surgery. It worked absolutely fantastic. Loved this product so much I bought several more. Both dogs absolutely loved them and will beg at the freezer door!
Our GSD puppy Matilda has a puppy parfait in her freezebone every single day! Delightful!
We have loved using the Freezbones! It keeps my sweet boy busy for about 20 minutes while he eats happily. My favorite has been the flatter ones with multiple compartments for food. That one keeps him busy for even longer! Definitely getting more of those!
My pups love Freezbone!!! Everyday we add something different!
I love this set the most!! I like the size and shape of the square and round purple ones. The wheel ones were also good. All high quality and very durable and clean up great in the dishwasher!! My girls love them and get super excited when I start filling them for the week.
This is our newly adopted Dutch Shepherd’s first time trying a freeze bone. Dutch figured it out quickly and it kept him busy for about 30 minutes. He gave it a 5 out of 5 paws up. ❤️🐾 We did pumpkin puree, doggie peanut butter and his everyday kibble & water.
He loves it! A 7 month old Aussie!
These are great for our 1yo shepherd mix. He can destroy anything but not his freezbones! They wash well in the dishwasher. Just ordered more for our smaller dogs. Ty!!
Excellent quality
Our dog loves his freeze bones. Keeps him busy!
These are the best invention ever!. My Bluetick coonhound goes berserk when I head to the freezer. I love to make all different fillings and he has the best time licking. I got one first, then had to immediately get a whole set, as he just went nuts over them. Thank you so much!
My pups love these!! They know when I open the freezer and they’re about get an awesome treat in their Freezebones! We’re all very satisfied with these :)
My pup loves them! I fill them up and freeze them, keeps her busy while I’m on the treadmill, which keeps her happy too
My pup liked it and it was easy to fill and clean.
Kept my pup busy and distracted while I bathed and brushed him! Definitely will buy some extras!
Our puppy, Poppy loves every one of the pieces we purchased. Whether they are full of treats or not. She proudly carries them around when they are empty, and loves the new frozen treats we now give her every day. And she spends less time in destructive behavior.
Riley absolutely loves her new freezebone! I have a few different sizes and colors. As you can see, she so busy enjoying it! Your products are great, the quality is sturdy and indestructible, therefore, Riley cannot destroy it! Thanks. I’ll be buying more.
My aggressive chewer loves these and they are holding up extremely well. She sits by the freezer when she wants one!
Love our freezbone bundle! Our pup loves the variety
I was skeptical in the beginning but my 7 month old golden retriever has really enjoyed his freezbones. Keeps him busy while we eat our dinner. Stops him from begging :) Thank you.
I froze pumpkin, and peanut butter and some treats. They liked it but it's kinda messy when they eat it.
These are awesome. I freeze some daily and feed about half her meals this way. Slows her down and provides hydration. I just use water with her normal kibble. She loves them! And as an aggressive chewer these are holding up great!
My Danes absolutely love their freeze bones. Plus it helps calm them down if they are getting rambunctious.
We bought 3 Freezbones a year ago to try them with our lab puppy. He loves them!! After a year of everyday use, they are still holding up great. They have been our go-to when he would get too rambunctious or if we needed some quiet time. We have purchased a variety of shapes and sizes. The small ones we use for a quick treat and the larger ones when we want him settled for a longer time. Recommend Freezbones to all my fellow pet owners.
My dog loves these
When we leave for a trip, I fill up each day's "treat" with a blend of our boxer-pitt's favorites and throw them into a bag in the freezer. The person caring for our dog gives one each day so Henry can have a long lasting experience. He LOVES his Freezbones!!!
I love the sizes I purchased. It was wonderful to open the package and not be bowled over with the plastic/petroleum stench. I have put them in the dishwasher, and they clean up nice. No bite marks (70+ lb German Shepherds). Well worth the $$.
My dogs love
Our furbaby loves his Freezbone! We fill it with all kinds of tasty combos—broth, bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, kibble—you name it. It keeps him happily occupied for 45 minutes to an hour, giving us time to catch up on chores. It’s not just a treat, it’s a full-on enrichment activity that he looks forward to every day. So glad we bought these—we’ll definitely be recommending them to all our fellow dog parents!
These are the most durable we have purchased. W love that it takes Bodie longer to eat and we can keep it on floor without getting chewed up. Love these!
