Flat living is close, convenient and cosy — until boredom, barking and pent-up energy take over. Freezbone enrichment turns just 30 minutes a day into a calmer, happier pup (and a quieter flat).
The Flat-Living Dilemma
Boredom leads to barking, chewing, and restlessness.
Zoomies at 5am. Whining during meetings. Neighbours complain.
You feel guilty leaving them alone for hours.
You love your dog—and your neighbors. The right daily routine changes everything.

MIDDAY – 10 MIN
While you work
Keeps them occupied and calm. No more barking at every noise in the hallway.
EVENING – 10 MIN

Always have enrichment on hand
Why This Works in a Small Space
Mental Stimulation
Tires their brain so they're calm, not chaotic.
Space-Saving Fun
Quiet enrichment that doesn't need a backyard.
Quieter Home
Less barking, whining, and door dashing.
Stronger Bond
More quality time when you're both relaxed.
Guilt Less. Love More.
You can't be home all day—and that's okay. A consistent routine shows your dog they're safe, loved, and never alone for long.
You're not just managing your day. You're improving theirs.
Real questions from real flat-dwelling dog parents.
Is Freezbone safe to use in a flat?
Yes. Freezbone is made from food-grade, puppy-safe materials and is designed for supervised and unsupervised enrichment sessions.
How long does one Freezbone last?
A frozen Freezbone typically keeps a dog engaged for 20–40 minutes, and the bone itself lasts for months of refills.
Can I use it while my dog is home alone?
Many Flat owners do. We recommend a few supervised sessions first so you know how your dog interacts with it.
How often should I give it to my dog?
The 30-minute framework works best daily: 10 minutes in the morning, midday, and evening.
What size Freezbone is right for my dog?
It depends less on your dog's size and more on how they chew — and the shape of their face.
Super power chewers (the ones who destroy everything): go for the FreezStick, Freezbox, FreezCone. These were built thicker and tougher specifically for serious jaws.
Flat-nosed breeds (Frenchies, Pugs, Bulldogs, Boxers, Shih Tzus): the FreezSwirl, Freez Doughnut, or FreezStar are your go-tos. Their open, easy-to-grab shapes let a short muzzle actually get a grip and lick comfortably.

All the dogs love the spiral! It’s easy to fill and fit in a crowded freezer. Even just simple broth keeps them entertained.
My dogs absolutely love their freezebone! One of my favorite things about it is how creative I can get with the fillings, whether it’s peanut butter, yogurt, pumpkin, goat milk, bone broth, or a mix of their favorite snacks, it keeps them engaged and excited every time it provides great mental stimulation and helps keep them busy and entertained for a long time. It’s become a stable in our house and seeing how much they enjoyed makes it worth every penny.
Our dog loves these frozen treats. They usually keep the dog busy for 45 minutes. We have 6 dishes/ trays. They all work well & surprisingly aren't very messy. I do recommend.
Génial! Exactement ce que je cherchais.
Facile d'utilisation, que ce soit le remplissage, le nettoyage.
Et en plus vraiment résistant, mon chien mord dedans, aucun impact.
Je recommande à 💯%....
Jude LOVES his FreezBones! I’ve used kibble, bone broth and a dog bone, and peanut butter and bananas, and bananas and blueberries. I give him one when we return from our afternoon walk/hike and he really enjoys them.
My boy loves his jumbo Freezbone! I’ve been filling it with a mix of banana slices, watermelon chunks, and watered down applesauce — super refreshing on a warm day. But he was also a big fan of shredded chicken and bone broth. This toy is large enough to keep him entertained for a while 😁
I bought these because the description said they were tough. My dog had this destroyed in 5 min. It’s not thick enough for Pits. I am really disappointed! The other one looks similar.
Thanks!
The dog’s love getting their meals or fun, enrichment treats in their Freezbones. It’s been especially helpful with the extreme heat we’ve been experiencing because it’s keeps the dog’s entertained and gives them mental enrichment while they’re stuck in the house. I’ve also had a ton of fun playing with different recipe ideas.
Both our pups love these! It's especially useful to preoccupy our puppy that does not know what to do with all her energy! Can't wait to buy more shapes and sizes for them to enjoy!
My dogs love their Freezbone treats. They get super excited when they see me getting them out of the freezer. I love the swirl design because it takes them both 20-30 minutes to finish the pumpkin/yogurt mix I put in them!
We liked them so much ( and the dog loves them) I ordered a second coil that just came today. Durable, easy to clean, I use his own food, about 1/2 a meal combined with a few frozen blueberries, a small carrot, a little pumpkin and peanut butter. Sometimes I put a little bone broth in the water we put in before freezing. Our dog races to his crate to eat the treat!!
This is my favorite Freezbone design and it takes my dogs 15-20 minutes to finish the lickable treat. They love when they see me getting them a freezbone out of the freezer everyday. It doesn’t take a whole lot to fill up this specific style but because of the design it takes the dogs some time to finish it. 10/10 recommend!
Three pups clamoring to go outside and it’s hotter than seven devils out there. Gave them an easy recipe of peanut butter, Greek yogurt, several kibbles, and some water. Everyone is quiet and happy! These seem to last longer than other brands and are so easy to prepare and pop in the freezer. Super great to fix and have on hand! Would definitely recommend these!!
My chocolate lab loves these! She has been eating out of Kongs or treat balls her entire life, she's now 6. The only time she gets a "bowl" is when we camp, and even then it's a slow feeder bowl. These FreezJumbo bowls are a lifesaver!. Kongs worked perfectly well, but the pain of cleaning and filling them was just enough. So we bought treat balls for her meals and used the Kongs for when we left the house. Treat balls were great too, but the slobber everywhere and constantly chasing down stray bits of food drove us nuts. We bought the FreezHeart and fell in love. I could clean it, fill easily and simply wash it. When I saw these FreezeJumbo come up, I immediately ordered a bundle of 9. I can't say enough about them. Had them for about a month now and there are no teeth marks! She would usually render a Kong useless in that time. I can even trust my kids to get her meals ready in these, which frees me up. We line them up, fill with her food, top off with water or broth and freeze. We have 4.5 days of meals prepared in about 5 mins time. It takes my girl about 15 mins to finish her meal, and usually has a nap afterwards! They are truly amazing and I'm now a FreezeBone convert for life. Thank you for these amazing products, we ALL love them at my house.
I started off by ordering one item from Freezebone, then...I liked the product so much that I ordered a few more! Unfortunately, I've been so busy making frozen treats for my dog that I only have one photo! I will try to get more!
Honesty the best and least messy treat vessel I’ve tried for these two! Add some plain greek yogurt, a little blueberry keifer and cut up banana then freeze it . It’s solid and does not scoot around. Somehow it stays put even with my heavy lickers! They absolutely love it! And it gives me about 15-20 minutes to vacuum the house- haha
